Had a main line sewer backup which flooded parts of my basement. The plumber, Austin, came out quickly, identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. Afterwards, he offered to take a look at my garbage disposal, as he heard I was having an issue with it. He showed me exactly what to do and I couldn't be more grateful. Excellent service!!!
Had a clogged main line and budget rooter was there in less than 4 hours. The tech approached the job with ambition and determination to clear the pipe. He penetrated the line with the right amount of aggression along with precision. Once he was in there deep, he started probing around and... "Boom", the blockage could be heard flushing out the sewer. After finishing, he cleaned everything up, wiped the sweat from his brow and bid farewell
