“I initially chose Maichle’s because I wanted a second opinion on a certain heavily advertised HVAC firm's diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger in my downstairs gas furnace. Maichle’s guy ran the same test with a live camera, confirmed that there wasn't a crack and double-checked the result by doing a CO test on the system. With that sense of trust established, I hired them to replace the upstairs system as the second condenser out back had indeed died. We compared the options and went with Mitsubishi mini-splits. It was a difficult installation; our home was built in 1860 and the walls are THICK. Plus, they had to deal with our Historic Area Commission on placement of runs and condensers. Their elegant solution made the HAC happy as well as their customer. It's been more than a year and the system(s) keeps us cool and comfortable. Good people, family owned. Go with the local guys!“

They not only had great reviews, but Zach and Taylor answered all our pre-appointment questions quickly and in detail. Today, their tech Jason and his trainee Jordyn came to do the repair. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they answered all questions politely and in detail. Jason and Jordyn had great personalities and were easy to talk to.
