Plumber was well-informed. He explained how to adjust temperature on water heater and described possible options for improving longevity. We discussed issues with my sump pumps. He raised the intake level on the new pump he had just installed to see if that would stop the pump from switching on/off so rapidly that the switch burned out, as had happenred with previous pumps. Overall, I am confident that I will get good service on these purchases.

A-Izaiah Bryant was as professional as they come, far beyond his young age. He came with, literally, everything needed to solve my clogged drain, except a drain camera. He had apprenticed under someone who shared knowledge and A-Izaiah proved an apt student. He was calm, polite, thorough and was determined to clear the balky drain. All totaled I think he took about two and a half hours. He is a keeper. I've been in construction over 55 years, my golly is he ever a keeper. My only complaint was about the price.
