“So far, I’ve had 2 experiences with Len the Plumber. The first one was several years ago and was a great experience. Unfortunately I didn’t leave a review back then but my experience was good. For this reason, when an issue developed in our master bathroom tub. It was an issue where the faucet portion began leaking.

So, on Friday afternoon, I called to set up an appointment for next week. While the faucet was leaking, it was in the tub so it wasn’t what saw as an emergency. Initially set the appointment up online, explaining my issue. Received an immediate followup to call to schedule the actual appointment day/time. I called and the dispatcher was very professional and helpful. Had us set up fairly quickly and actually set us up for the next day (a Saturday) in a particular window of time. I took it and she gave me some info about the process and said I’d get a call 1/2 hour of the plumbers arrival time.

Like clockwork, I got a call (and email and text message) about 40 minutes before arrival. I also recieved a message that had the technician’s name (Brent) and a photo. Brent arrived on time and was beyond progressional. Not just very friendly and personable, Brent came with lots of knowledge and professionalism. When it comes to representing a company, he was top notch and represented Len The Plumber extremely well. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and showed me along the way of what the probes was with the faucet. I’m not a handy person and his explanation of it was greatly welcomed.

The repairs didn’t take an extremely long period of time and I actually expected the repair to be much more involved and expensive. While it was involved, it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I had anticipated.

This review is now longer than I planned but I wanted to share my very positive experience with those that read reviews. The process from initial contact to when Brent drove away at the end was a great experience. While I hope to never need a plumber again, but when I do, I know who I am starting with!“

Lou Perti came out promptly and discussed the various jobs we needed done and we were fully informed about worst case and best case scenarios. The pricing was fair and reasonable. When we had a worst case situation we knew immediately what the extra would cost. The crew onsite was knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. My only regret is not calling them sooner.“

“5 stars all the way. Roto-Rooter technicians came in less than an hours notice on a Monday morning, were responsive, informative and most of all honest. The technician Tom and his partner (I unfortunately forgot his name. Sorry!) were extremely professional, and fixed my water leak, my pressure issues and supplied me with the needed information to know more about the plumbing for my trailer. “I called Pipeline for a clogged sewer at the curb of my parents home in Aston. I was able to setup an appointment for the next day at 10am. The Tech (Derrick) arrived and popped the lid off the vent and determined the lateral line needed a Jet cleaning. Derrick went to work and within 45-minutes the clog was eliminated. Excellent service from my initial call, sorry but I did not get the name of the young lady who setup my appointment. I would highly recommend Pipeline. James C.“
