“Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home).
