Cold 1 services quite literally saved my life. Our hot water heater burst on Friday morning. I had someone who was able to help on the fly, but unfortunately it was a bit more complicated than we had originally thought. I called Cold 1 and they were able to come out and tell me exactly what the issue was in as little as a 5 minute glance. After some troubleshooting, he was able to pin point exactly what he had to do to fix the problem. If I hadn’t called, there would have been a great amount of toxic fumes pumping into my house, ultimately causing a much more serious issue than we had from the beginning.
