“Scott at Beck Brothers is the best in New Jersey in our book. He installed a heat pump system in our house that reduced our oil consumption from 3 1/2 tanks a year to one tank for the entire winter. He recommended a thermostat that tracked the out side temperature at our home as opposed to what the Internet says the temp should be. Made all the difference in the world. Recently, he found an issue with our 20-year-old, oil-burner furnace. Because he went the extra mile, he discovered we had a 99-year warranty on the heat exchanger (A Trane Company part). Saved us $2,500. I can tell you that anyone who rates Scott lower than five stars is not showing him the respect he deserves. Rock Star Hall of Fame!“

“We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. From the first call, they were both professional and friendly. They showed up on time when the appointment day came and gave us a very fair quote for a gas fireplace. We scheduled installation after having the gas line installed by our local plumber. Again, they came on time and installed the new fireplace in a surprisingly short amount of time. The remote starter stopped working after about two weeks, so we called them. They were again very accommodating and came as soon as they could (within a few days) to replace what turned out to be a faulty remote. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Firefox. Great product and great customer service.
