I researched 5 plumbing businesses (one is a half mile from my house). I DEFINITELY made the right decision with BSE! Showed up on time, gave me the cost before even starting (which was reasonable for the scope of the work) and was finished MUCH FASTER than I expected.. Diego freed up everything that uses water..I feel like I'm in a new house. I'll be using him for furnace maintenance next.l

Diego was diligent when diagnosing the problem; checked all possible areas that leak could be found, review water logged, Meter assessment done and was gentle and caring when talking to me. He also explained everything he did. Excellent work!!!
