We woke up to no running water after a thunder storm. I called Tom and he came over right away. He figured out that our well was struck by lightning the night before. He returned with a bigger truck and replaced the well pump within a few hours and got our water up and running (and at a very reasonable cost for what the job entailed). We so appreciated his quick response time and honesty. We will continue to use him for all future plumbing issues.

Phenomenal! We cannot say enough. Woke up to no water and a busted well pump. We called Tom and he responded immediately. Came and assessed the problem and returned to fix later that day at the time he said he would as he needed the special truck to remove our line. He was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. He communicated everything to us every step of the way. His rate was very reasonable too. We will definitely use him again! I couldn't get the hot-water heater started after our basement flooded, so I called Battista Plumbing & Heating to see if they could do it. From the very pleasant demeanor on the phone I could tell this was the right call, and an hour-and-a-half later they had gotten the hot-water heater up and running again at a very fair price.
