“We could not be happier! Our AC system is 6 years old and regularly maintained but stopped working this year (warranty expired last year). The company we used for our maintenance plan performed the annual service but could not diagnose the error and the system was not working. I called multiple companies but no one wanted to devote the time and effort to fix it but happy to replace the $15,000 system. The internet (especially YouTube) said my problem was the thermostat was no longer communicating but can’t be fixed because everything is proprietary with this system. I called Monster Mechanical and spoke with Ed. He talked with me for 30 minutes to understand the issue and offered several things to try and asked me to call back to let him know if anything worked or if we needed something else. Nothing worked so I left a message and he called back to assure me he had some more ideas but needed to get some more information. I still had not paid him or agreed to pay but it was obvious he really wanted to help. After a few more calls with suggestions to try he came over and spent about 4 hours checking, rewiring, making tweaks, reading manuals and then fixing it! Ed and Jared were fantastic. They did a complete cleaning of the outside unit, rewired the handler, replaced the thermostat and it now works! And with the price I don’t understand how they make any profit.
I really believe Ed and Jared are angels walking on earth. They care about people and love solving problems. They don’t care about being millionaires but they do care about helping. If you have an AC problem contact Ed because he will fix it!!!“

“Fredericks Fuel and Heating has been outstanding over the 30 years plus that they have serviced my heating needs. From their customer service reps(all of those great ladies who answer the calls), to the furnance technicians(damien is outstanding), Will Fredericks who treats me and customers like family and the fuel delievery drivers. Mario is one of these drivers and today he went above and beyond his call of duty. My driveway was iced over earlier when he came by , but he came back later in the day to see if it was melted and it was. I had traffic cones blocking the driveway off and he removed them and filled my tanks up. And when he was done , would you believe he had the courtesy to put them back!
