“Mark Lindsay plumbing was awesome. Rob come right away on a Sunday, worked quickly, and resolved our issues. Our regular plumber, who has an emergency line, never got back to me after multiple calls and leaving a message, so I called Mark Lindsay and they came right out. The job was quite involved. I will use them from now on.“

“If i could give more than 5 stars I would. We have had a maintenance contract with Harmony for many years. It has paid off in spades with the services we have gotten from them.

We use them for general annual winter and summer maintenance of our HVAC systems, using tech Danny whenever possible as he knows our systems after so many years. And during our time with them, they have replaced our furnace and AC as those systems wore out after many years.

We have also had occasional issues with furnace/AC which always seem to happen at the worst possible times (while we are away, heat waves, cold snaps, holidays, etc.) Harmony always is prompt in getting out to service us, even on holidays and weekends and they have resolved some very challenging repair/replacement scenarios faster than anyone has a right to expect, even in one case replacing a furnace very promptly in the middle of a very cold spell while we were away from home.

And they always provide their services at what I believe to be a reasonable price for the quality of their service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough not only for their service, but for value for the services provided and for the comfort that we have a company servicing our HVAC systems that seems to care about their customers. When it comes to HVAC you have to know you can get taken care of when you need it and with Harmony, in our experience, that is the case. We sleep better at night knowing they are there for us.“

“We could not be happier! Our AC system is 6 years old and regularly maintained but stopped working this year (warranty expired last year). The company we used for our maintenance plan performed the annual service but could not diagnose the error and the system was not working. I called multiple companies but no one wanted to devote the time and effort to fix it but happy to replace the $15,000 system. The internet (especially YouTube) said my problem was the thermostat was no longer communicating but can’t be fixed because everything is proprietary with this system. I called Monster Mechanical and spoke with Ed. He talked with me for 30 minutes to understand the issue and offered several things to try and asked me to call back to let him know if anything worked or if we needed something else. Nothing worked so I left a message and he called back to assure me he had some more ideas but needed to get some more information. I still had not paid him or agreed to pay but it was obvious he really wanted to help. After a few more calls with suggestions to try he came over and spent about 4 hours checking, rewiring, making tweaks, reading manuals and then fixing it! Ed and Jared were fantastic. They did a complete cleaning of the outside unit, rewired the handler, replaced the thermostat and it now works! And with the price I don’t understand how they make any profit.
I really believe Ed and Jared are angels walking on earth. They care about people and love solving problems. They don’t care about being millionaires but they do care about helping. If you have an AC problem contact Ed because he will fix it!!!“

“I've called Frank twice now to fix plumbing issues in my home. Both times, he and his crew have been punctual and efficient.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of contractors. I called another plumber for a second opinion and the other guy never even got back to me.

But Frank was able to get out here just after a blizzard to repair a pipe that broke in my baseboard heating.

I'll definitely call him again the next time something breaks.“

“Fredericks Fuel and Heating has been outstanding over the 30 years plus that they have serviced my heating needs. From their customer service reps(all of those great ladies who answer the calls), to the furnance technicians(damien is outstanding), Will Fredericks who treats me and customers like family and the fuel delievery drivers. Mario is one of these drivers and today he went above and beyond his call of duty. My driveway was iced over earlier when he came by , but he came back later in the day to see if it was melted and it was. I had traffic cones blocking the driveway off and he removed them and filled my tanks up. And when he was done , would you believe he had the courtesy to put them back! Our home was a complicated job since we have an older home with several renovations over the years.
