“We used Tri-Tech to install our full house central air conditioning system after my husband used them for his office HVAC. We were extremely impressed and pleased from day one. Our home was a complicated job since we have an older home with several renovations over the years. Many HVAC companies came through to bid the job and either looked so overwhelmed by the job or simply never got back to us with a quote. We were impressed with Tim from the minute he walked in the house. He was thorough and organized and definitely knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions and explained everything. “Fredericks Fuel and Heating has been outstanding over the 30 years plus that they have serviced my heating needs. From their customer service reps(all of those great ladies who answer the calls), to the furnance technicians(damien is outstanding), Will Fredericks who treats me and customers like family and the fuel delievery drivers. Mario is one of these drivers and today he went above and beyond his call of duty. My driveway was iced over earlier when he came by , but he came back later in the day to see if it was melted and it was. I had traffic cones blocking the driveway off and he removed them and filled my tanks up. And when he was done , would you believe he had the courtesy to put them back! “We cannot praise AJ Perri enough for the sewer line service they provided us today,on a Sunday morning, truly helpful in every way…at 10PM last night we realized we had a sewer blockage, which has happened frequently over the years. Not only was I able to easily speak with a helpful,representative, but I was able to set up a confirmed appointment,, for this morning, which I had not been been able to do with other plumbers that I tried to reach. The technician who serviced our sewer, Byron Soto, was exceptional in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful, he took his time, repeatedly running the machine to make sure that the lines were clear. And he scheduled a folllow-up visit in 2 weeks, to check to see if there will be any quick buildup. All of this was included in the special $93 rate, no hidden costs or attempts to convince us to have some sort of service “ contract”. We now have a new , reliable source for plumbing issues.“
