“I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. He is very professional and I feel very confident in recommending him to everyone. I have a new AC/Heater tech now.“

“I've used ZigZag Industrial since 2018 when I purchased my home. I went to Eduard ready to install a standard ducted HVAC system, but the price was way out of my budget. He came up with a solution (mini split system) that was under my budget, extremely efficient and easy to maintain. The install was quick and sharp and the equipment was of high quality. After nearly 6 years of being used almost on a daily basis, and I mean these things take a beating, everything is still running strong! I've used him for all my HVAC maintenance over the years, and recently for an additional heat pump install in another section of my home. The team is knowledgeable, cost conscious when it comes to budget solutions and builds and communicates effectively. It has been great to see his company grow over the years. “We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. All this at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Dave & his crew. He is very knowledgeable & professional, not to mention also being very personable!!!! “I had no heat at 8PM and my current plumber and oil provider would not come out for an emergency repair. So the next day I called Keil. They calmed me down and then promised to have someone come by the same day. To our surprise, the sales manager showed up himself to get our system restarted while we waited on a tech to be free for a full inspection. That was a relief with 2 kids under 3 in the house!When the tech arrived, not only was he just super pleasant to talk to in general, he explained what he was doing and why through the entire process. While I am never going to work on my system myself, it is nice to know how it works and what might go wrong in the future.To top it off, the bill I got was cheaper than the last service by the "manufacturer certified" plumber that it turns out caused my problems to begin with!Could not be happier with the service we received. Wish I had called them three years ago when we moved in!“

Our home was a complicated job since we have an older home with several renovations over the years. Many HVAC companies came through to bid the job and either looked so overwhelmed by the job or simply never got back to us with a quote. We were impressed with Tim from the minute he walked in the house. He was thorough and organized and definitely knew his stuff. He asked all the right questions and explained everything. Even when I called several times prior to the start date he immediately remembered the layout of the house and details without the opportunity or need to pull out the paperwork and review it before answering my questions. “I bought a flipped house this year, and was dealing with our oil based water boiler tripping non-stop for the entire year. Our attempt to fix it with our home warranty did not go through because the unit wasn't actually broken, and it was almost impossible to get anyone from a HVAC company to come look at oil units. The water boiler was tripping every night when the weather got cooler, so I searched on Google for HVAC specialists and started calling them. The first company sent me to voicemail, and never reached back out to me at all. The second company I called was Central Comfort, they picked up immediately and scheduled an appointment with me and gave me an initial quote for diagnostics and basic maintenance - I accepted it. The appointment time they gave me was in the late afternoon. The day came, and they rang my doorbell first thing in the morning, great! The technician cam to inspect my oil unit, and was extremely helpful in explaining everything he saw, took a good look at my boiler and proceeded to do the routine checkup. I had replaced a filter and nozzle myself in the past, so they didn't force me to pay for replacement parts. He showed me all the wrong ways the boiler was installed and setup, showed me the tweaks he did to the air input, opened up the vent pipe that was previously sealed up, waited to test to make sure everything worked well. He gave me a quote for new equipment (since I asked). He ended up charging me less than the initial phone quote because he did less work than the initial quote. It's been a few weeks now and the old water boiler has been running flawlessly without a single trip. He did warn me of the specific issues I was having, which needed the boiler to eventually be replaced soon, but I appreciated his insight. His honesty and integrity to his work impressed me and I will call them first the next time I need to service my HVAC and boiler. Thank you!“
