Frederick's Fuel is a reliable and customer-friendly fuel provider. They have consistently delivered good service and fuel oil for over 24 years. The service technician, Phil, takes care of annual maintenance, and the staff at the Wantage office are always friendly and professional. Customers highly recommend Frederick's Fuel for their excellent service.
Fredericks Fuel and Heating has been outstanding over the 30 years plus that they have serviced my heating needs. From their customer service reps(all of those great ladies who answer the calls), to the furnance technicians(damien is outstanding), Will Fredericks who treats me and customers like family and the fuel delievery drivers. Mario is one of these drivers and today he went above and beyond his call of duty. My driveway was iced over earlier when he came by , but he came back later in the day to see if it was melted and it was. I have been a customer for over 50 years & their excellent service has been consistent through the many generations of the Fredericks family.
Regardless of the challenge of our winters, fuel delivery & oil burner repairs when needed, are always done in a timely manner.
With all things being equal, when i call for an oil delivery etc i always speak to a “ real person” & not a recorder & their staff is super friendly & helpful as well.
Consistency over the years makes Fredericks Fuel #1 to me.
