I have used SOS for years and have had nothing but fabulous experiences. Carol Bertero is so quick to respond to my questions/requests and Eric Kopetsky is so knowledgeable he never leaves me with questions. I had a ductless and ducted mini split installed and my experience was positive from beginning to end. I am very grateful for SOS and all of the staff that works there!

I wish to acknowledge Carmen. She is completely professional yet extremely approachable. Carmen explained clearly and answered every question I had. I've dealt with her several times and have never been disappointed.SOS Fuels is very fortunate to have Carmen in their employ and have her as the face of the company. Hard to find basic or even limited lcustomer service these days, Carmen is exceptional.
