We had R. Poust install a new furnace for us, as well as add a propane line for the furnace and water heater. The results were great! The team at R. Poust are super helpful. They're great with customer support, service, and follow-up. We would highly recommend them and intend to continue using them for any future projects, check-ups, etc. Thanks again!!
Very pleased with both the plumbing and electrical services we received. From the start of scheduling services through completion of work by Matt and Victor, nothing but a professional, responsive and courteous experience. I never felt like I was getting a hard upsell. Matt and Victor spoke to me in a clear manner which made me much more comfortable in making decisions. Victor worked on the house for 3 full days and went out of his way to work with our schedules. We are pleased with the quality of work and would happily recommend to our family and friends!
I called for a plumbing issue (septic pump issue) and Matt was the one to handle the job. He was amazing! Professional yet friendly, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, which wound up saving me thousands (literally)! He provided a temporary fix (at no fault of his own) but is coming back when the part arrives. I recommend Matt for any plumbing issues, and if the other technicians are anything like Matt, I will definitely use them for any other issues that may arise.Service: Toilet repair
