We lost our heat and hot water, and being new to an oil furnace we were clueless! We called & the receptionist was more than willing to walk us through what to do & check over the phone. Being new to this, we elected to have someone come over anyway lol. TM sent someone out first thing the following morning & he cleaned everything out, got us up and running and even took the time to explain and show us what had to be done and why. He was kind, patient, and even loved our dogs! Definitely will be a repeat customer

These guys are the BEST. Furnace was going south and in the middle of a snow storm, they came and installed a new furnace within 48 hours! Service Tech was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant . Office staff was extremely understanding and accommodating. AND their pricing was very competitive that saved me significant dollars.
