Calling the office was a pleasant experience. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. We were promised a 2-hour arrival window. Smitty arrived exactly within the window. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The repair was less expensive than anticipated, and was completed quickly. Highly recommend Frey for any plumbing job.

We hired Frey Services to install a mini-split system in our barn. Kyler and Jamie did an incredible job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and kept the workspace remarkably clean. They neatly routed the lines through the unique framing of our barn, leaving a seamless, clean look. Don’t hesitate to call Frey Services, they are worth every penny.

The people are great. The tech called and let me know he was on his way. He was here on time. Found the problem within 20 minutes, had to solution for my problem and was able to take care of that immediately. he was very professional and very courteous. I will use them in again in a heartbeat. I recommend them to anyone that reads this.
