Our central AC died and needed to be completely replaced (minus duct work) due to new coolant regulations. Because we were completely without AC Ed rearranged his schedule so we were up and running within two weeks. He broke the cost down so we could see exactly what we were paying for. He protected all our floors while they were bringing in the new system, and the house was almost cleaner than before he started. Most importantly, the new system works wonderfully! Monster Mechanical is our go to AC service.
Five stars plus! Excellent service still does exist! 100 degrees today and my AC went out. Monster Mechanical returned my call within minutes on the beginning of this holiday weekend and helped me solve my problem over the phone. My AC is back and I don't have to worry about it this weekend! I couldn't be more impressed with their courtesy and would have total faith in them for any HVAC, AC, Heating needs. Ed was amazing. My AC died while I was at work during an insane heat wave. Ed tried to talk me through a quick fix to save me the cost of having to pay for service, but we were unable to resolve the issue over the phone. He immediately came over, despite it being after 7 pm. He was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. He replaced the thermostat and made sure everything was working. He made a stressful afternoon so much better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
