From the first call, they were both professional and friendly. They showed up on time when the appointment day came and gave us a very fair quote for a gas fireplace. We scheduled installation after having the gas line installed by our local plumber. Again, they came on time and installed the new fireplace in a surprisingly short amount of time. The remote starter stopped working after about two weeks, so we called them. They were again very accommodating and came as soon as they could (within a few days) to replace what turned out to be a faulty remote. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Firefox. Great product and great customer service.
