I came in with a stubborn SI joint injury that wasn’t healing after six months of frustration and setbacks, and he helped me gradually rebuild both strength and confidence in my body. He’s thoughtful in his approach, really listens, and adjusts the plan as needed rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I always felt supported and challenged in the right way, and I’ve made real progress because of his guidance.
