My daughter loves it here！she signed up after just one trial session and now trains three times a week. The training helps improve her physical fitness and builds her endurance. The coaches are fantastic—highly professional, fun, and patient. I would recommend this place to friends.
Great 30 minute workout - perfect thing to do while the kids are in a swim, music, or martial arts class!
Ezra is also a great coach and spends a lot of time on teaching the right form/technique which I appreciated!
