Kathy and Stephanie are two of the kindest and most pleasant people around, They make it a joy to work out!“

“Everyone at the center is extremely nice and easy to approach with questions or for help. I came in with constant lower back pain, to a point where I could bare move some mornings. Within a few short weeks, I was starting to feel like my old self. The plan was explained very well, and we are on track with what was laid out during the second consultation. Overall, a great experience!“

“I don't ever write reviews, but this had to be done. I had an awesome experience with John, He is a Great guy. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me with some shoulder issues, and I've learned something from each session. The sessions are 1 on 1, and I would highly recommend John to anyone who is looking to figure out or fix any issues they are having with their body, whether it's for aches, pains, clicks, etc. You won't regret it!“

“At 75 I was hesitant to get a trainer, but my daughter-in-law convinced me to. My trainer, Alex, is the best! I've had 10 sessions and will continue to have him come. Although I get achy after a session, I have already noticed that I my legs and arm muscles are stronger! I can now carry my 25 lb granddaughter with no problem! Alex is patient and recognizes my limitations and knows how far he can push me. I highly recommend GymGuyz services.“

“We love Peace in Piermont! I have my son in the music class, he has so much fun. And the music teacher mixes it up every week so it's not repetitive. I've also taken family yoga and I love setting an example of mindfulness for my little one. And it's something fun the whole family can do.“

“Cool space in Washington heights. My favorite classes are booty burn! You really feel the burn and Janela helps you focus on your glutes and emphasizes muscle connection and the importance of stretching to allow blood flow in to grow glutes. I've learned a lot from her bc I started with wanting to grow my glutes and my family now has noticed! Canela class is also awesome I love the vibes there with the music, I feel like I'm at the club and it's always packed and his workouts are super challenging and he always works with you to reach a potential you didn't know you had ether increasing the weights or motivating you. I also enjoy max classes she always changes it up which I love since I don't get tired of doing similar workouts as she always comes up with creative new exercises. Lastly it's safe to say I've taken almost every class, I like Gina's class also for upper body as I feel more strong in my arms and toned and you really feel the burn for her upper body. Acai bowls are good here too!“

“Live Fit studio is a great place to train. I have been training there for 3 years, lost 20 lbs & now eat healthy most of the time. John wants me to eat healthy all the time ☺. He challenges me in the work-outs & always promotes mental positiveness, Both John & Lucas are as professional as it gets. The studio is spotless and there are never more than 2 people training at one time. If you want obtain Healthy success this is the place !!“

“I've been attending Zor's classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.“
