Training with Ayman has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. 2023: I am 64 with no medical conditions. I always liked working out and have a healthy lifestyle. In 2012 I came to a plateau and fortunately found Ayman. Since then he has been my personal trainer. We meet twice a week and the workouts are always interesting and challenging. I have improved my upper and lower body strength and also my balance. Ayman is also knowledgable in nutrition and has given me tips as to my before and after workout meals. Having a personal trainer is a serious commitment on both the trainer and client.
