Atomic Total Fitness has changed my over-40 body! It's the only way I've been able to stay consistent with my strength training. My trainer TJ is fantastic and each session is customized to exactly what I need to work on. If you're thinking about changing your routine for the new year definitely hit up the team at Atomic.

My trainer Jean is awesome. He uses his knowledge from PT and his own workouts to ensure that I get the most out of my sessions. I've made great progress in the last six months. Also the pricing is very fair. I can recommend.

Adam is one outstanding professional personal trainer.I’ve trained with Adam at Atomic for years. He knows how to motivate me by incorporating new workout regimes and challenging my strength that helps me push my fitness goal to next levels. Adam is attentive and demonstrates proper techniques every time I mess up ?I cannot recommend Adam enough. His professionalism is totally worth your time and money.
