The best Pilates in the city! The class is calming, the instructions are clear and the whole experience has been amazing. There’s no loud music , it’s very serene while you’re doing your exercises. I use the class as a reward to myself , a place where I can be focused just on myself and my wellness. I highly recommend. Take Katherine’s class if you want a more challenging exercise!

Great instructors with a range of teaching styles, all of whom deliver an excellent workout. The community is friendly, supportive, and never intimidating. IM=X also offers a great mix of pre- and post-work hour time slots that are easy to book without dealing with long waitlists. Highly recommend for Pilates lovers of all levels — it’s been the best addition to my weekly workout routine.
