“Love Dr. Jan. He is a wonderful doctor and who is so knowledgeable about his craft. Loved going to the office and having him work out my issues and chit chatting with him as well. He has helped me in more ways than I thought possible. We had similar issues and he was always willing to listen and was there to just check up on me. I would recommend anyone who needs care to visit Dr. Jan. You won't be disappointed. Dr. Jan has also help steer me in a more positive direction not only physically but mentally as well. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me.“

“Iron Bodyfit is my Gym! Love the concept and format while I have a gym and pool in my building I’m lazy to find motivation to train for hours. This 25mn exercise with electro stimulation is perfect for me. Quick but very satisfying. Feeling energized for the rest of the day. Alex and James are great coaches who know how to push your limits. No more back and knee pain anymore.“

“Everyone at the center is extremely nice and easy to approach with questions or for help. I came in with constant lower back pain, to a point where I could bare move some mornings. Within a few short weeks, I was starting to feel like my old self. The plan was explained very well, and we are on track with what was laid out during the second consultation. “Coming from a person who has never trained in her life (30 years), who incorporated nothing but junk food in her diet, and avoided all vegetables and fruits, I turned to Sync Fitness to turn my life around. This place entails real results, for real people. It’s a judgement-free zone for all types of people. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert gym rat, you are guaranteed to benefit from everything that Sync provides (i.e. training classes, meal plans, etc.). Even though I’ve only been with Sync Fitness for a year and a half, my life has completely changed for the better. I went from not having a clue about proper form for exercising and weightlifting, to walking across stage for an OCB bodybuilding bikini competition. Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, you are ensured to meet them with the trainers at Sync Fitness. The pricing, the training, the meal plans and the trainers themselves are all worth every cent to create a better version of yourself. “This place rocks! I'm a certified non-athlete who's never been able to reliably show up at a regular gym, but I've been able to make it here every week for over a year. All the trainers are great - they are super knowledgeable and go out of their way to make it a fun and welcoming environment (no drill sergeant screaming!). As someone who has nearly passed out on brisk walks .... I was really worried this would be too strenuous for me. But the exercises here are well-paced and tailored to each member's needs, so I've never been on the verge of fainting which is a nice change. Since starting here, I've gained a lot of muscle which unfortunately required me to buy new pants but is otherwise an excellent outcome. Also, the gym is always extremely clean, which I really appreciate.“

“This F45 is a very special place. I encourage anyone who is slightly interested to try it out.I took advantage of Wahlberg Week, which is a twice-a-year promotion all F45 clubs do where you can try 7 classes for $7. Basically free. After completing 6 of those classes, I wish that I had found this place sooner.What sets those place apart from other workout studios are the coaches and community aspects. I picked up on it right away. The coaches are familiar with all members and know them by name. They quickly saw that I was a new face and learned my name. I was getting coached right away like I was part of the team!If you’re not familiar with how F45 works, definitely look that up. You can find that anywhere. The movements are functional and often challenging! But I want to give most of my review to raving about these high-quality coaches.The coaches at F45 North Paramus are TOP NOTCH! After one week I remember many names…Michelle, Nick, Dani, Marissa, Jenny, Drea, Felicia, Rakeesh….they all have such command of these movements. They’re all committed and dedicated to helping their members. Try a class and see for yourself! They fly around the room during workouts and help each person, adding a level of personal coaching to the classes that helps you improve your form!During each class I took, I had a “mini one-on-one” session with each coach where they took time to show me a movement I wasn’t doing correctly, watch me do it, and help me fix my form. It doesn’t get more personal in a class setting!And all of the coaches at this F45 have such positive, fun, uplifting personalities. They all bring their own flare to the demos and classes to bring that community aspect. Their infectious personalities permeate the room and get others motivated!! They play great music too, playing DJ mixes that cover tons of songs you know.Did I mention this club sends out a newsletter to its members?! How great is that! Once again, it provides a fun sense of belonging to a community all about getting in shape.I had such a fun time at F45 North Paramus AND improved on several movements! They have a special thing going here, and they’re ready to accept anyone who wants to come with a positive attitude and put in the work to better themselves!“

The workout we did was challenging but doable, and he was very encouraging and didn’t let me quit on myself (though I tried a couple times lol). I left feeling great. Check him out!!“

“This is the MOST efficient way to get in shape. 20 minutes - and I only go once a week!! It is high intensity . . . but the results are astonishing in as little as 6 sessions. Just yesterday my friend looked at my arms and said to me, 'I want muscles like yours.' (I am not a body builder! But it is amazing how quickly you can tone up at this place.) I was away for a few years but when I knew it was time to get back in shape, I went directly to InForm Fitness. The methods that Adam Zickerman developed are proven to be beneficial for heart health, bone density, strength, balance . . . and Looking Good! My doctor was thrilled to hear that I am doing this kind of training because of the benefits for 'mature' patients. It is a one-on-one workout with an InForm trainer focused completely on your every move. They keep a record of each workout so that all of your muscle groups are getting attention and your progress is documented. The studio is so civilized - very clean, doesn't smell like a gym, it is quiet in the workout room, temperature controlled and never crowded. The staff is wonderful, friendly and interested in the clients. I love that I have so much time for the rest of my life to do things I love, instead of trying to go to exercise classes and workouts 5 times a week. I can be in and out of there in 30 minutes. I save travel time, money - and there is a lot less workout laundry!“

“Nick Rolnick is the best physiotherapist I have worked with. I've had a number of lower body fractures, sprains and surgeries resulting in chronic knee and ankle pain on both sides. I had trouble walking up and down stairs and was in constant pain. I spent years doing physiotherapy with a number of different providers to no avail. Nick follows a test/retest philosphy where we methodically tried different approaches until we found the issue that caused my pain. He correctly identified lower back tighness as being the culprit which no physio had identified before. Then we went on a multi week course to correct it. I am correctly pain free, able to play sports and am in the best shape of my life. I can't recommened Nick highly enough.“
