“GEN3’s automated service picked up on Sunday evening and scheduled a next day appointment when our water heater quit working. Rob P, like his colleagues Jerry and Gordon during initial electrical work on Friday, was thorough and careful determining the cause of the water heater problem. After eliminating breaker or circuit problems, he worked on the water heater, which is in a tight space. From this, he determined that the water heater had failed. He scheduled a water heater replacement within 2 days, even involving moving stacked washer and dryer in a tight closet space in an Olde City condo. Our experiences with GEN3 are very good.“

“Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. Dan made sure that I understood what was wrong & my options, and even loaned us a space heater for the weekend! Bob, Paul, Andrew, & Robert all were here this morning, and were professional & efficient while doing the work, so I’m now enjoying my newly warm home. “To describe this company in one word…..WOW!!! Everyone I spoke to or dealt with in person or on the phone has been nothing but professional, friendly, know their craft, and has exceptional workmanship. What started out which I thought was going to be a simple job turned into a bigger one. The owner, Pete was at my home within an hour after receiving a call from Joe R about the situation with a rotting subfloor and excessive damage. After evaluating the situation, he made a phone call and within an hour three additional Sanders workers were at my home preparing and fixing the bathroom. Everything was coordinated well communication was exceptional, and when they said someone would be there-THEY WERE! What could’ve been a very stressful situation; turned out to be a wonderful experience. I.would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of work done. I have had them do electrical work, plumbing work and even a little handyman job that they took care of me. “7 Oil has always been good to us. We’ve been using them for about 12 years and never had a problem. Saturday out heater broke, I called and they dispatched Steve. He was able to fix the problem with in 15 mins and have our heater up and running. I know some places may have lower prices, but with service like that we will always stay with 7!“

“Ward Heating & Air replaced our 1990's system with a "hybrid" dual-fuel setup: a heat pump backed up by a high-efficiency gas furnace for temps below 40° (both American Standard), plus a Bradford-White power-vented water heater. Thomas, Dan, Josh and Cole installed it in two days and worked well together. They were all polite, professional and hard working. Thomas was always on the alert for potential problems, and solved each one as they arose. Ward was the only HVAC company to plan the PVC pipe routing in our basement ahead of time. Jill guided us through all the PSE&G On-Bill Repayment paperwork. We've had this system several months, in hot and cold weather, and I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, installation, price, and rebates. I highly recommend Ward Heating & Air.“

“Called regarding HVAC occasionally blowing cold air before blowing hot. Despite being XMas Eve (morning), tech came out on time, inspected entire system, then indicated that all was working correctly - it was the fact that the system was being operated to cycle too frequently (thermostat to be lowered). When this is done, the heater cannot turn on even though the fan begins to blow - once the timer clears, then the heater kicks in. It was merely learning how the system operates that was required. All good & they didn't even charge me for the visit!“
