“GEN3’s automated service picked up on Sunday evening and scheduled a next day appointment when our water heater quit working. Rob P, like his colleagues Jerry and Gordon during initial electrical work on Friday, was thorough and careful determining the cause of the water heater problem. After eliminating breaker or circuit problems, he worked on the water heater, which is in a tight space. From this, he determined that the water heater had failed. He scheduled a water heater replacement within 2 days, even involving moving stacked washer and dryer in a tight closet space in an Olde City condo. Our experiences with GEN3 are very good.“

“I rarely take the time to post reviews but when a company has the most amazing customer service as focus does, I must leave one. They fixed an issue about 10 days ago for us. Such a great experience. Honest, neat, and explained everything to me. my husband was working so I needed to explain things to him later. Then yesterday I called regarding a noise we never heard and thought maybe it was related to last week's repair. They were here in 30 minutes, found the issue (not related to first repair) and explained it all again to me so well and off they went. No chanrge, just a smile the whole time. “To describe this company in one word…..WOW!!! Everyone I spoke to or dealt with in person or on the phone has been nothing but professional, friendly, know their craft, and has exceptional workmanship. What started out which I thought was going to be a simple job turned into a bigger one. The owner, Pete was at my home within an hour after receiving a call from Joe R about the situation with a rotting subfloor and excessive damage. After evaluating the situation, he made a phone call and within an hour three additional Sanders workers were at my home preparing and fixing the bathroom. Everything was coordinated well communication was exceptional, and when they said someone would be there-THEY WERE! What could’ve been a very stressful situation; turned out to be a wonderful experience. I.would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of work done. I have had them do electrical work, plumbing work and even a little handyman job that they took care of me. “Called regarding HVAC occasionally blowing cold air before blowing hot. Despite being XMas Eve (morning), tech came out on time, inspected entire system, then indicated that all was working correctly - it was the fact that the system was being operated to cycle too frequently (thermostat to be lowered). When this is done, the heater cannot turn on even though the fan begins to blow - once the timer clears, then the heater kicks in. It was merely learning how the system operates that was required. All good & they didn't even charge me for the visit!“

“Ward Heating & Air replaced our 1990's system with a "hybrid" dual-fuel setup: a heat pump backed up by a high-efficiency gas furnace for temps below 40° (both American Standard), plus a Bradford-White power-vented water heater. Thomas, Dan, Josh and Cole installed it in two days and worked well together. They were all polite, professional and hard working. Thomas was always on the alert for potential problems, and solved each one as they arose. Ward was the only HVAC company to plan the PVC pipe routing in our basement ahead of time. Jill guided us through all the PSE&G On-Bill Repayment paperwork. We've had this system several months, in hot and cold weather, and I'm very pleased with the quality, performance, installation, price, and rebates. I highly recommend Ward Heating & Air.“

“For the first summer in years, the second floor is cool enough to sleep comfortably. I'd gotten 3 quotes on new air conditioning and went with Price's Plumbing. Chris suggested a separate upstairs arrangement--mini splits--and I sure am glad I tried them. One company was going to put units on the inside wall of each bedroom and go through the exterior wall for each one. Chris managed to put my entire apparatus up in the attic, with a small vent in each ceiling for the cool air to come through. I keep it set at 80, and still it is pleasant upstairs. With the extreme heat so far this summer, this was a wonderful idea, and Chris not only did a masterful job of installing the minisplits--when my main AC quit suddenly, he came out immediately to see what was wrong and fixed the problem, even though I know he was being run ragged with everyone needing AC at once.
