Seven Oil has brought me Oil for the last four years today. Seven Oil sent a heater professional to my house for a cleaning and check up his name. Was Stephen this gentleman checked and serviced my heater efficiently on time and with care he came and found me in the yard once his work was done. Verbally told me my heater is good to go gave me a checklist. It wasn’t till the end of the day that I followed up and checked up the work area where Stephen worked. All I could tell you is they do what they say and they get things done from the Management to the workers. I gotta tell you I’m very thankful
Horrible experience....we were without heat (feb 7 2026)and the tech that came was not happy that he got called to our house on a sat. He expressed that as he was on his cell phone talking to someone. Kept saying he was going to be there awhile and it was a sootshow...i think he believed i went inside my heater and broke a part which is impossible. Continued to complain to the point I had to tell him to leave if he wasnt happy. He said he had to clean it and it was going to cost me a lot of money per hour. He kept saying it was $230 per hour. He was sarcastic and loud. He said best he could do was comeback 2 days later and maybe he could fix it....temp in my house...read full review
