The staff guided customers through all necessary paperwork, making the process smooth. For over 25 years, we have used Ward Heating and Cooling for both installation and service at our home in Cherry Hill. The entire team have never been anything but thoughtful, responsive and professional. From the owner (Tom Ward), to the office (Jill), to the technicians (special shout outs to Sal and Josh) and installers on the ground, the service is exceptional. Earlier today, Josh was over to diagnose an air conditioning problem. He carefully laid out the options available to us and helped guide us to a short-term, as well as a long-term solution to our difficulties. Ward Heating and Cooling has our highest recommendation.
Ward recently (March 2026) installed a new furnace and thermostat in our house after our old furnace died. From estimate to contract to install, it took about a week. With the new Bryant 2 stage furnace and Ecobee thermostat, our heating/cooling systems are running super efficiently. I had an excellent experience with Ward Heating and Air Conditioning in Biloxi, MS. From start to finish, they went above and beyond with their customer service. They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes.
