I moved from a heating and cooling service that was only in for pushing more and more stuff on me. When I needed them they were unresponsive! Since I have Been with Ward Heating I have been treated very well. The technicians and office staff are incredibly helpful. You can’t go wrong with the company!
We were fortunate to switch to Ward after the disaster with upgrading our HVAC systems. The original guys couldn't figure out how to activate the energy-saving features we paid for. After one visit by Ward, our gas bill dropped $75/month with no other changes. While our favorite tech is Sal, we have been very happy with anyone they send. That alone is impressive enough as I know how difficult it is to get anyone qualified to stick around for a while. They've had stability which says quite a bit about how well the shop is run. Consistently dependable, knowledgeable and customer-oriented, especially when a "no heat" problem arose. Peace of mind with this crew!
