Called regarding HVAC occasionally blowing cold air before blowing hot. Despite being XMas Eve (morning), tech came out on time, inspected entire system, then indicated that all was working correctly - it was the fact that the system was being operated to cycle too frequently (thermostat to be lowered). When this is done, the heater cannot turn on even though the fan begins to blow - once the timer clears, then the heater kicks in. It was merely learning how the system operates that was required.
