So our main water line snapped out of no where for one of the rental properties called 3 big companies in phila area. Charles shows up very next morning 8 am early from best choice plumbing spent decent amount of time looking over the job and then explain every single detail n part that will need to be newly installed. I waited for other two companies also both showed up 2 days after calling n didn’t explain much but jus gave a rough quote. than I started messaging Charles about the process again to confirm everything and he replied every time in very timely manner n made me assure about the whole process.. signed the contract today will leave another feedback after...read full review

Charles was here today , This was my first experience with Best Choice Plumbing and Heating...... I can definitely say .....Timely arrival, Professional approach to work need and all estimates given .....Over all great experience ?? I'm left feeling informed about my situation and the process of getting it fix , look forward to doing more business with this company in future ?.

Tristen and Anthony did excellent work in my bathroom, I had a leak under the bathtub.They were always punctual, very professional. Extremely knowledgeable and neat. The Office Staff has followed up to see if had any concerns. I highly recommend Best Choice Plumbing.
