They even did a huge favor to pull out a long brush that accidentally fell into a deep 10 ft drain. Customers would quickly recommend Best Choice to anyone.
Chris was working on a house that we rent out so we were not there. He was prompt and remained in contact with us throughout, and explained the situation honestly and fully and he was a pleasure to work with. Our renter is very happy with the new disposal and so we're even more pleased. Best Choice is extremely reliable and has been for years.
Vince replaced the toilet because of a couple of cracks. He went straight to work without any B.S. Nice job. What I don't appreciate is that Best Choice sticker that the plumbers are supposed to put on so that customers are encouraged to continue using Best Choice.
I've been using Best Choice for over 20 years but one thing that would definitely encourage me to stop using Best Choice is for your people to continue putting up those dumb stickers!!!

The service was great from start to finish. The plumber was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. The best part was that after he finished, he cleaned everything up so well it was like he was never even there. Highly recommend!
