G & G Mechanical is the BEST! Gus was wonderful with a phone call on July 4th that our AC was not working and I had over 60 people coming for a party I panicked and called Gus for HELP! Rick is friendly and professional guy with decades of experience. I have used him for several projects, and he always finds a way to get what I'm looking for done. He's very smart in his approach to every item, so they are accessible and can be updated later. That turned out to be super helpful when I expanded the lighting in my library. The way he did the original wiring and junction box made it easy to add a new light fixture and wire it in to the same switch. I have only had two sessions with Dr. Foley, the son, and I can already feel a difference. I started going because of neck and shoulder pain, and found out my whole back needs work. Was not surprised by that in the least bit. After each session, I have slept like a baby. This morning, I had the energy to get up and walk on the treadmill as I have been wanting to for a while. Cannot wait to continue my journey with this practice. Recommend 100%.

We had our pool electric panel and outlets replaced the first time they came out. The second time we used the to replace the garage lights and install a mini split in our garage. I cannot say enough good things about what an amazing job Sean did!
We did not leave the garage neat and Sean and the crew left it so much cleaner then how they found it! It was swept up and not a single bit of construction debris was left behind.

Had my first pole fitness class and loved it! The studio is clean and visually appealing. There is plenty of equipment and even mats to practice more advanced moves. Cindy is an awesome instructor who helped me out tremendously since I am still very much a beginner. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience getting my boho knotless braids from Ami. She and another braider did great job or making my braid inspo look come to life. They were also great at understanding any adjustments I wanted and checked on me throughout. I also loved how gentle Ami was with my hair making sure to gently comb through to avoid breakage. Surprisingly, not many braiders are conscious of that part and making sure to be careful with the natural hair during the braiding process. I would highly recommend them!
