“I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Wichita. Our AC unit shut off in the night and we called around 10:30 a.m. seeing if they could send a technician. One arrived by noon, the problem was solved by 12:30, and the price was fair/reasonable based on our issue. Aldo, our technician, was very polite and quickly worked to resolve the problem. “We have used JPS for a few years now and have always had excellent service. In addition to a handful of other services, once it was dead of winter with no heat, another time it was beginning of summer and no A/C. They technicians always came as soon as possible, usually the same day. They are great at explaining the problem and giving us VERY reasonably price repairs. We also used them at my parents house on their 1794 furnace that was still holding on. Never once did they push for it to be replaced, knowing it was not financially possible for my dad. Always happy with the repair and service and 3 different homes.“
