Negotiating a bid was a bit of a burden. Any HVAC company has got to expect a customer to get multiple bids and tree to get the best deal for your family. Especially in this economy. The person in charge of that doesn't handle this very well and his comments lead one to believe he doesn't have the aptitude for Negotiating. We did not get the best price from Hans, but the favorable financing terms are what got us to accept their bid.

“I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Wichita. Our AC unit shut off in the night and we called around 10:30 a.m. seeing if they could send a technician. One arrived by noon, the problem was solved by 12:30, and the price was fair/reasonable based on our issue. Aldo, our technician, was very polite and quickly worked to resolve the problem. I plan to call them again in the future for any cooling needs.“

“Our furnace went out last Wednesday 10/22. The repairman we called came the same day and said the warranty had expired. He would order the part and it would be $1,050 plus installation. He would be back on Thursday. He never came back and wouldn’t return our phone calls. On Wednesday 10/29 we contacted Sandhills…they were here in less than 1 hour! They said the part was under warranty! They repaired everything for about 1/3 of the cost the first guy quoted. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very prompt. My only regret is that I didn’t call them first. Would highly recommend for all heating and air conditioning repair. They are definitely a 5 star company if not more.
