So my heater stopped working out of nowhere. I called one hour heating and air conditioning. They sent Jack to the rescue and he was top tier professional. Educated me on why it stopped working and on how to prevent it from happening again. Went ahead and scheduled my next maintenance for me and he was out the door.

Courteous and friendly. Informative and updated us on what he found with the system. We received both text and email prior to his arrival along with a photo id of the technician doing the work. Auto scheduled our next service.
