“We have used Hans Heating and Air for decades; their annual service plan for our first home, they installed the furnace and air conditioner when we built our second home, and now a new air conditioner 17 years later.
Negotiating a bid was a bit of a burden. Any HVAC company has got to expect a customer to get multiple bids and tree to get the best deal for your family. Especially in this economy. The person in charge of that doesn't handle this very well and his comments lead one to believe he doesn't have the aptitude for Negotiating. We did not get the best price from Hans, but the favorable financing terms are what got us to accept their bid.
