Just had a great experience with Complete Comfort, DJ and Mike arrived when scheduled and performed the annual maintenance on the furnace. DJ was great in answering my questions and explaining what they were doing for maintenance. ThIs is the first time with Complete Comfort after trying other companies in the past. DJ and Mike performed checks that had not been done previously by other service providers. Based on my experience today I would recommend Complete Comfort. Thank you so much for a positive experience.

Jake came to do a regular heating/furnace check. He was not going to make it in time during my service window but called and made sure it was still ok to come by. Very polite and friendly. Explained our situation clearly and simply and we are very happy with this company. I appreciate how you get a text confirming your appointment with a picture of your technician. It is also very easy to speak with Becky for scheduling. She is very sweet also.

Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling did an excellent job, not only did they arrive four hours earlier than expected, their service technician Tony was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful he wasn’t no time at all diagnosing the issue and fixing the problem quickly. My services work like new again. Thank you Tony and Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling.
