On short notice, JD came out and did an inspection on a home my wife had listed, which was closing in the morning. He came over, remedied the problem and was incredibly cordial in a very hot home. Thanks JD, it was great meeting you!
Joseph E was very patient with my questions related to a smell suspected of coming from inside our HVAC unit inside. He located a nasty dirty drain line and cleaned it out. Also, he inspected the blower fan area and showed me the pan under the AC condenser coil and both were clean. I really appreciated the thorough service.
