Cannot recommend Frazier and their yearly maintenance program enough! Russ was super knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He even called a Frazier plumber on speaker when a question about my furnace arose. Russ was thorough and outlined next steps for solving a humidity issue. It’s my first year as a homeowner and having great technicians like Russ make “scary” issues feel like a breeze!
I love this company. They are my go-to for HVAC and for plumbing. Their technicians are second to none, and I frequently see the same people when they come out for annual maintenance or repairs. They are honest. And in today's world, when you can find both honesty and high-quality technicians, why would anyone go elsewhere?
Frazier installed my entire AC system for a new construction build. After 1 summer I noticed that the AC wasn't cooling the house well. I gave them a call and they discovered a leak in the system that they claimed responsibility for. They promptly fixed the issue at no additional cost. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.
