And finally, he took care of setting up an appointment at a specific time (not a four-hour range), followed up with well-timed reminders and arrived on time. Casey was friendly, patient and took the time needed to recreate the issue we were having with our pool heat pump. He reached out directly to Hayward's local rep for additional information and even called via Facetime to get everything taken care of and answer all of my questions. Within a couple hours an appointment was scheduled. Our tech Matt and his apprentice quickly agreed with Aksarben that I needed a new system.
