“Highly recommended!!! Our home AC unit decided to stop working properly in the middle of a week long heat wave. Called the company that installed the unit, and all I was told was “cant fit you in until Monday.” House of 6 with 3 dogs in a stuffy high 80s degree house for 5 days sounds fun… not. Reached out to Everly in hopes I could get a tech sooner. Becky was AMAZING and went above and beyond just getting my Name, number, address and getting us put on the list. She asked what the unit was doing and gave a lot of suggestions of things to try to see if it happened to be something basic like changing the filter. Lets be honest, who thinks about changing the filter on a regular basis, not me! Could tell she wanted to help us. When those ideas were not working, she got a tech to us first thing the very next day! Mike was very quick at getting us up and running again. He made sure to explain what was broken and what the parts function was to help us understand why it was acting the was it was. Think he was at our house 30 minutes, hour at the most. “I would give 10 stars if I could. I called Carrie at 6 am and she was kind and courteous and had a tech named Dillan at my house by 7 AM. He figured out the problem right away. They aren't the cheapest but definitely not as expensive as the 1 I was using and they were out right away. Response time was excellent, service excellent. Highly Recommend“

“Called them on a Thursday/Friday telling about the A/C not going below 77. Came out the following Monday right on the money at 0900. Told us we had a leak, (which we figured before hand and the fact that the unit was 26 years old). So, we bought a new one, and they came back out that Wednesday, installed it and now we’re back to cool air again in the house. Overall they were on time, the price wasn’t bad at all compared to what we’ve heard our friends this year and last had to pay.Service: Install AC“
