18 yr old Carrier furnace starting having issues and D&K got Tyler and Oleg out first thing in the morning to diagnose and resulted in a cracked heat exchanger which wasn't a huge surprise to me. Tyler, Matt with sales and Dave did a great job explaining the options, choices and making sure the we understood the proposals for repair or replace and what the pro's and con's of each were. We gave them the greenlight on Monday afternoon to replace and the new furnace was installed on Wednesday morning by Joe and Jake who did a great job! Professional, efficient, cleaned up and left it far better then they found it and best of all delivering heat! Very happy with the decision...read full review
I have been a loyal customer of D and K for several years. I just had my furnace check completed by a rather new employee and he was outstanding. He was thorough, explained things very well, was polite and very tidy. I can recommend DOM as a great service technician.D and K is a company you can trust - Quality and Integrity all the way.
Companies of pure integrity grow their business by word of mouth. Companies that do not grow their business in this manner place their advertisements near their competition. Strongly recommend this organization.
