They are incredible, fixing an AC in 30 minutes for 200 dollars when other companies quoted 9k or 22k. These guys help, other guys sell! I cannot recommend Wichita Heating & Cooling enough! They are a fantastic, local, family-run business right in our community. My AC stopped working on a very hot day. I spoke to Angela to schedule an appointment and she is very courteous and accommodating. The technicians, Angel and Miguel, were awesome to work with. They had to go up onto my flat roof in the grueling heat to troubleshoot the issue. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it, and added a pound of refrigerant to handle a slow leak. My wife was scheduled for a serious heart procedure consultation and temperatures on this day were projected to exceed 100 degrees... naturally my homes AC unit was acting up. I called Wichita Heating & Cooling and everyone from the person on the phone that I spoke to, to the tech that came right out was wonderful! Ramon gave the unit a complete look over and identified the problem and had it up and running in no time. This was a pretty stressful day for my wife & I, and Wichita Heating & Cooling folks were calm, helpful and very timely!! Thanks so much!
