Performed semi-annual HVAC inspection under their service plan. Great job again. Very thorough inspection, identified a few issues, corrected, and then triple checked his work. Very polite and considerate technician, Tavaris. Highly recommend.
We have been customers for 15+ years. Our 6-yr-old furnace sent an error code about a blower issue over the holiday weekend.Thermal’s responsiveness was terrific. On Saturday, Layne identified that we needed a part and created a temporary workaround until the part was available during the week.When that failed, Sunday he secured the part, returned to install it, and verified all was working.All covered under warranty.We appreciated the team’s top-notch on-call communication and engagement.
We have used Thermal Services for 50 years. They have taken excellent care of us-always going the extra step.
