It was a little strange talking to AI Dane to schedule service for that day, but Trish called me a short while later to confirm my time slot. Trish called again to give me a 30 minute notice of the tech's arrival. Taylor and another tech showed up timely, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, and gave me payment/service options.
