“On the hottest day of the year, eventhough I possibly saw this coming...which was why I prayed extra hard on church the Sunday prior, that our old unit could just keep up through this heat wave, of course...it didn't! I've known the owners of this company for many years, and I was confident since they seemed like a smaller HVAC company (no commercials on t.v.) that we wouldn't be able to use their services as we needed to finance this purchase, I wasn't sure they'd be able to help us. Thankfully I reached out and the heavens obliged! They have 3rd party financing, we talked with Sky that evening, and he and his crew were in our house the following afternoon ?? Literally saving our family from the heat, and the anger and animosity that just being HOT brings to a family of 4 and our dog! So do yourself a favor and support this local HVAC company SBR Services! They are family friendly, as my kids and mother watched them work, and asked ALL the questions. My apologies to Sky and crew! “Air conditioner was shaking and making noise. Called Trico and talked with Anna, told her we'd like to make an appointment to have it checked out and fixed. She asked me to hold for a moment, then came back and said she had a tech that could be at the house to look at it in about 35 minutes. Tech Zac shows up, diagnoses the problem and orders parts. Gets the parts the same day and returns and the A/C is working like a charm.\nGreat customer service, polite and effective technician, couldn't be happier. “Leo is the owner and honestly a stand up guy. He gave us multiple options for ac and did a thorough job inspecting. I appreciate honest people, got a quote askarben and repair cost was 700 for a part and Leo informed me that it was a 10 dollar gasket to replace. He did look into the ac unit and shown me the rusted condenser. Thank you so much for the great work and efficiency.“
