I was expecting a straightforward repair, but the technician identified additional issues with the ductwork that building management had overlooked and managed to resolve everything efficiently in about two hours. This visit was much more thorough than my previous experience with another company where they didn’t even address these hidden problems.
After a previous experience with a different contractor left our A/C unit still faulty, this visit was markedly better; they identified a refrigerant leak and had it repaired in just under an hour. Their attention to detail was reassuring, as they double-checked the entire system before leaving.
The technician arrived earlier than expected and was incredibly thorough in checking every component of our heating system. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the maintenance process seamless and reassuring.
