“We first worked w Blankman when a larger local company made a mistake on our heat pump that they fixed faster and cheaper and have been treating us right ever since. I have had to call twice since and both times they tried to talk me through a DIY fix before sending somebody out. Today, the owner was trying to figure out a way not to replace an expensive part, and ran to get one before the parts distributor closed b/c he didn't want us to be cold over the weekend. I wish everyone did business like this, 5 stars.“

DJ was great in answering my questions and explaining what they were doing for maintenance. ThIs is the first time with Complete Comfort after trying other companies in the past. DJ and Mike performed checks that had not been done previously by other service providers. Based on my experience today I would recommend Complete Comfort. “Simon from JPS was fantastic when he came to do a furnace inspection (he happened to be available earlier than scheduled so called ahead to see if he could come early, which worked out great for me). When he noticed the age of our furnace, he suggested an additional inspection of the heat exchanger, and while I'm always wary of being upsold, he took the time to explain how a furnace works and what is and isn't checked in a regular inspection. I went for the additional inspection and was grateful he suggested it as I now have full confidence in the health of our furnace coming into the arctic portion of Calgary winter. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, clearly enjoys what he does, and was even great with our pets :) Thanks JPS and Simon!“

After trying to DIY troubleshoot the issue and watching tons of YouTube videos, I could not figure out the problem.As the temperature in my house was dropping and getting quite cold, I called Jeremy early Sunday morning and he was able to fit me in his schedule a few hours later.He is a professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Furnace started pumping out hot air shortly after he arrived and house was warm again. We take for granted these HVAC systems working all the time and it is very stressful when they fail to work. I would trust Haines Climate Control with any HVAC issues.“

His communication methods were professional and in a timely manner for the appointment. He definitely was well prepared, knew the equipment, and was able to throughly explain what he found out.
