It is rare anymore to be confident that a service provider is honest and has integrity. But Fred's makes me confident from the first call to the completed repair.
I have received same day repair with an issue at my mom's home and one at mine. Both times I have been pleasantly surprised at the cost, compared to what I have received from their competitors.
Chris came out today as my furnace was not working properly in this very cold weather. I called first thing and he was out within the hour, I know that may have been just lucky but when I called for my mom's furnace, they were out within that same day.

The tech was very professional and friendly. He came a short time after being called for an emergency service. Diagnosed and made the repair. Cleaned the unit and checked for proper function.
