Was referred to them my mother-in-law’s heat went out in the middle of the night I called early in the morning they communicated with them and got it fixed right away we appreciate your work Reasonable prices
I have a CHOICE Home Warranty plan and when our furnace blower motor/fan began to fail this month right before Christmas, I submitted a claim. Other companies just couldn't be bothered by a small job to just replace a fan but Sustainable Mechanical was totally accommodating and came right out. Mark Dokmonovich came in and diagnosed the problem without any issues and was right back the very next morning with parts which he had installed in less than 15 minutes. In and out, the furnace was up and running and the heat back on. Mark clearly knows what he's doing and Sustainable Mech just earned a 5-star from this happy customer. Thanks guys!
Highly recommend Sustainable Mechanical. I had to suddenly replace my furnace and AC and they helped walk me through the process making sure I understood everything and made it a less stressful experience. I couldn’t be happier.
