We have used Accurate for several years. Justin has been the service person for all annual maintenance checks. He is always on time, efficient, friendly, and professional. It's so great to have his consistent, reliable service. We are very happy with Accurate and Justin, we highly recommend!

Amazing customer service!! We’ve used Accurate for several years and they’ve always been great. Last summer we had some crazy problem with our AC after installing a new one and had some issue with the duct work after but Justin never gave up!! He came back as many times as we asked and incredibly figured out the complicated issue. They never charged extra or gave us any hassle even though we called them back several times and probably made them crazy. Accurate Heating and Cooling came over to our house during a weekend evening due to our air conditioner not working. Justin was the employee and he provided beyond excellent service. He fixed our problem quickly to minimize any charges we would have. I was thrilled with the cost of our repairs since it was a Saturday evening. I would give accurate heating and cooling my strongest recommendation.
