Megan is super talented and a joy to be around. I was really nervous about my hair at first as I didn’t really know the style I wanted or what direction to go in. (Fun fact she did my hair also for my friends wedding and that’s where we met.) We started talking about my wedding and what hair styles I was thinking about doing and that’s where she brought the idea for a braid. That way I could have a hairstyle that is in between a updo and a down style. She absolutely nailed my hair, I showed her a pic of what I was thinking and then spoke what I didn’t like and I liked. I have a ton of hair and it’s long she absolutely breezed through my hair along with my 5 bridesmaids and my mother. With all those people we were not even close to being late for pictures. Everyone’s hair stayed put the whole night and looked amazing ! I definitely recommend her. It’s so hard to find reliable people that knows what they are doing and will be straight forward on what will work and what won’t. I’m so thankful and blessed to have had her as my wedding day hairstylist. She’s an amazing person!!

I was in a bind cuz a hair dresser had to cancel my appt from another salon and I was leaving for vacation in a few days. My coworker referred me to ellebee salon and I needed something soon. I chose Maral as she was quick to respond and found time to squeeze me in. Another hair dresser also responded quickly too but Maral responded first. She did exactly what I asked and it came out amazing. One the best cuts I have had in quite awhile. I have thick hair and she knew exactly how to cut. Love getting pedicures here - I like the Deluxe one. Nice and relaxing and I never feel like they're rushing or cutting corners.
This is my go-to location for getting chrome/gel nails and with tip, I typically spend about $80 total. You can usually get walk-in service but I always call for an appointment just in case. The nail salon is nicely decorated and calming. My biggest complaint, however, is that they play religious music and that's all that they play. When I go get pampered, I prefer spa music to relax to. The religious music is very distracting and not everyone who visits this nail salon is religious/part of that specific religion. Other than that, I've always liked my nails and the technicians are all friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean which is the most important part.

I love La Belle nails in Wake Forest. Thao, the manager does my nails. I can take any picture to her and she does an AMAZING job. Sometimes I copy her nails because they look so cute. The whole staff there is very sweet and always tries to make everyone feel comfortable. When I get a pedicure it is so relaxing I almost fall asleep. So if you are looking for a great place to get your nails done or a pedicure La Belle nails in Wake Forest is the place to go!!

Today was my, I think 5th time coming here. I FINALLY took the big step and cut my hair. My hair was severely uneven for YEARS and I even tried taking scissors to my own head ??♀️ Normally I get a trim/dusting but today I told my stylist Arlena that I was READY! Now I know it doesn’t look like a “big chop” but it was a big chop for me! It’s been a LONG time since Ive had my hair this short. But I’m on a healthy hair journey and Arlena heard my vision and DID HER THING! PLUS she was so gentle that I started to doze off! I love this place! I didn’t grow up going to salons, so I was nervous to start in my adulthood. But they are so friendly and welcoming! I will continue to drive an hour to them for my cuts! We are working with Amy and Sean and the Livingstone team on several major renovation projects on our 1970s split level home in Raleigh.
As we’ve expanded the scope of the project, Living Stone has been A+ across the board. Amy, Sean, Gray, Makayla and Peyton have been communicative, kind, and competent throughout. We always feel like we are in the know about possible complications.
If Amy says someone is going to arrive at 9:00am, they are knocking on the door at 8:55. All team members and laborers have been friendly and kind, and do their best to leave the house in good/clean condition as they do their work (we are living in the house during the renovations).
In short, they have been worth every penny and we would happily do it again.
Let me start this review with a quick background on my project. I contacted 4 contractors to prepare the land, pour the concrete pad and construct my 30X50 ft. metal building. Two of the contractors were unable to complete all parts of the project. The other two were $20-30K over my budget and would not commit on a start date much less an estimated finish date. One of the larger contractors increased the price 3 times before starting work! I had just about given up on finding an honest contractor that could do the work on my timeline and budget.I was given contact information for Carolina Customized Interiors (CCI) from a trusted acquaintance.After meeting with the Owner, Jeremy Payne and Project Manager, Sam Bernier I decided to sign with them, they agreed to my budget and included all the work required to finish the project in a professional manner.I signed the contract on Friday, the following Monday, Jeremy was on site with the machine to start preparation for the foundation. This was a new concept from my dealings with the four other contractions; they all seemed to over promise, over charge and under deliver.For the duration of the project CCI kept in close contact with me, any concerns or questions were addressed in short order. I was given daily updates and advised on the upcoming events.The CCI employees were always willing to go the extra mile to provide quality work. One example of the extent CCI employees worked an issue; the concert supplier had a factory problem that delayed the last 2 trucks of concrete. The CCI concrete team worked until 4:45 the following morning to insure the contract was finished to the highest standard. The high quality finish was commented on by my site building engineer as some of the finest work he had seen.I would recommend anyone looking for an Honest contractor with Integrity & Professionalism that is on Time and on Budget contact CCI.

The owner of Wake Pest, Charles Crowley conducted our initial inspection today. He was very thorough and informative. Easy to talk to. Prompt and absolutely no pressure. I recommend this local company. He won't let you down. He even got our wasp nest on the second floor! Worth it and resonsible.
Called them 11 years ago. They came and treated and offered suggestions. They return for inspection and moisture test ever year. No recurrence in 11 years.
Wow! Vendor showed up when he said he would - on time. Shawn proceeded to remove 4-5 stumps/large roots from the yard, then scraped the areas smooth and filled in holes with the dirt. He was pleasant, conscientious, helpful and polite. All was completed in a half hour and the charge was exactly what I was quoted. I will definitely use Shawn again as I clean up my new property.

I typically only leave reviews when I have good things to say. That’s exactly the case for Sandra Martin Dentistry. I see why they are booked until some far off month in 2026. First of all, they called me to get in on a cancelled appointment. I took it for my annual check/cleaning. From the moment I walked in the door for my appointment, the lady at the front desk anticipated who I was from the log. That was kinda cool. Then, I first met with Sonya. She greeted me with a smile. She was nice and had small talk with me and took my X-Rays. Then Dr. Sandra Martin herself came in and checked my dentals. She was nice as well. They both asked me about where I’m from and complimented how my tooth looked and encouraged me to keep up good hygiene. Then what was also a real good touch is how Dr. Martin realized my son had come in a couple weeks ago and put 2 & 2 together. They both thanked me for my service cause Sonya has a significant other in the Navy and Dr. Martin’s father served in the Army as well. Then I went to get my cleaning done. I feel so bad I can’t remember her name but she was super nice as well. We connected on several things in our conversation like weather in NC and AZ and of course food. Mainly pizza and donuts. She even gave me her daughters instagram because she is an influencer and gives reviews on food spots. You already know my family is going to try them out. I just gotta say that this dental office didn’t just treat me like a customer or a client. They treated me like a friend. We just moved to NC last month, so finding places that make you feel welcome is a great feeling in a new place. I really appreciate everyone in that office. I would recommend anyone and everyone to get in with this office. Thank you Dr. Sandra Martin and your entire staff.

My cleaning with Jade was one of the most thorough and educational I’ve ever had at a dentist. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and gave me practical tips for improving my at home care. I mentioned some gum line sensitivity, and she addressed my concerns thoughtfully, making sure I understood the possible causes and next steps.
It’s clear that Jade and Chris, the practice owners, make a fantastic team. Their approach combines professionalism, compassion, and a true dedication to patient education. You can feel how much they care about both the quality of their work and the comfort of their patients. I absolutely love their personalized dentist chair comfort menu of fluffy pillows and fashionable shades haha

We found them through our insurance. I have never been to a dentist so caring and willing to do whatever they could to help us. So amazing and truly cared about my son. I can not think of enough adjectives to describe how wonderful they truly are. We have decided they have to stay there forever because we don't want to go anywhere else.

Patient and caring staff! When my daughter was a toddler, she was petrified of the dentist. Now as a 14 year old, she loves going to see Dr. Buddy and his staff. Love this practice!
Service and staff are excellent. You never feel like a number with this group. You sense that they really care and their level of expertise is always evident. I keep asking myself why I waited so long to get started on the dental work I need. The front desk girls are great. After a series of x-rays, Dr. Clanton listened to my fears and past experiences. We came up with a reasonable treatment plan after really putting me at ease. I cant wait to get started!

Recently changing chiropractors, I had four spine and neck adjustments with Dr. Mary. On our family vacation, we walked ~20K steps each day and I was able to keep up with the group, experiencing no pain. Previously I required NSAIDS to control pain from normal daily activity. We drove to Canada and I was able to sit in the car for extended periods totally pain free. My thanks to Dr. Mary for taking time to pinpoint & alleviate my spine issues!

Dr Julia is a miracle worker. Not only is she highly qualified to fix what ails you, she's also a compassionate, caring and kind soul. She has been wonderful to me and my family over the 14 yrs we've been seeing her. Can't recommend her enough.
Warm and friendly staff. Chris was the Chiropractor who worked on me. ALL of stiffness and discomfort in my hips, neck, and lower back was resolved after one 3 minute visit! I feel brand new!
Dr. Wagner took over for Dr. Phelan but he trained under him for a long time and he is just as skilled. The whole staff is kind and I feel comfortable and welcomed everytime I'm there.

Best vet office ever! Everyone here is super friendly and really cares about both the pets and people that come in. Dr. Brooke Daniel has been amazing for my cat, who has been a bit of a medical anomaly/complicated case. Dr. Brooke has worked so hard to keep her happy and healthy and has gone above and beyond for us in so many ways. I cannot recommend New Light Animal Hospital enough!
After having a bad experience with another local vet, South Main Street Animal Hospital was a breath of fresh air. The doctor spent as much time with us as needed and was very thorough. He provided knowledgeable care and answered all of my questions. When I needed a specific food authorized through another website, it was approved within the hour. The office staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. 10 out of 10... would recommend.
Very good vets supported by excellent vetinary technicians. Our dogs have received a high level of care that made their lives much better. We ate more than satisfied with the care they gave our dogs.
Was able to get a ‘next day’ Saturday appointment through easy to use App. Dr Manning was kind, thorough, gave clear instructions and confirmed several times I had no questions. Great experience!
There is always room for improvement - and that is why I gave it a 4 star rating. the one thing that I did not like was that they took my dogs from me & did what they d to them - so, I was not able to see what was done - or was not done!!!!

Sal groomed 3 of my dogs and bathed my 4 month old Morkie. My late husband was a local dog groomer and so I am picky. Sal did a great job on all 4 of my dogs. 5 stars for sure!
She is great. I took my yorki ipoo just purchased to her did a great job. Now I am about to call. My mama just got a maltese in horrible shape but they will do a great job. If she has attitude it is because she cares about the dog.
We used Lacy as a groomer for our cat. Xena was in dire need of being de-matted and cut down due to her long hair. She was referred to us by one of our friends who enjoyed taking her cat over there to be groomed. It's just so happened when we tried to find a groomer in the area, she was the only one close and willing to groom a cat. She scheduled us without a problem, and on grooming day, she met us outside of her house with a smile and reviewed everything we had told her regarding the cat. She kept contact with us throughout the morning regarding the progress and when we could pick her up so I could coordinate a pickup time. The final result was awesome, Xena feels much better and smells much better! We will continue to use Lacy in the future!

This personal service massage business is not listed as a Nominee for "Best of The Best" for 2023. However my husband & I have found it to be an excellent source of relief on a number of occasions. We have been "clients" with Sarah for about 2 yrs now & find her to be willing to work with you, has always gone above & beyond in accommodating us to meet our needs.
First massage ever, not sure what to expect from the experience with the latitude of variables; atmosphere, music, lighting, other senses. After several minutes of conversation, developed a great relationship w/ Mr. Dunn and felt like we've known each other for years. Mind was at rest, body was at rest, "just what the doctor ordered". Very professional, clean, and will be back for another visit real soon. Did I mention the massage was great, James even took care of a crick in my neck which surfaced a few months ago, passing it off as "old age". The crick has not returned and the neck movement is as good as it gets. Thank, James.

Claudia is the best of the best. She has completely changed the massage experience for me. I do a lot of lifting and running - so I need someone who knows what they are doing to release the tension. Claudia knows how to work out those knots & stretch me as needed!!
I have been getting massages from Yolanda for More than 10 years. She listens and is extremely knowledgeable and is able to get all the tensions and knots out of the body. She is excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, and highly recommend her to anyone who just needs lymphatic massage or deep tissue or relaxing. Anything she is fabulous.??

This place is great! The first massage was 35.00 and my therapist was amazing, she really helped me to feel better. i'll be coming back; especially since she has a package deal of 4 massages for $200.00 that's like only 50.00 a massage! i guess buying in "bulk" is better!!

Simply THE BEST massage experience I have ever had! I am a middle aged woman who has had at least 30 different masseuses in my life. My experience with Alana was THE best, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
My mom and I went here last week and each got a massage. We were first time clients. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. They helped my mom navigate completing her form on a tablet and were patient with her. After completing our forms, we were offered warm neck wraps, water and comfortable seats in the waiting area. It was quiet and serene.
My mom was called back first and a few moments later Alana came and introduced herself to me. She was very sweet and kind and put me right at ease. After taking me back to a room, she and I talked about what I did and did not want from the massage. Alana listened and truly heard me and gave me the most wonderful massage with everything that I asked for. I had let her know I wanted a quiet massage and she respected that. She checked in with me about 5 minutes into the massage to confirm the pressure was what I wanted and I told her it was perfect. I have never felt as heard and listened to as I did that hour. Alana is amazing and I highly encourage you to visit her or any of the other wonderful licensed massage therapists at this location. Everyone was so very nice.
If I lived in NC, I would have signed up for a membership and booked future massages with Alana. On my next visit, I will plan ahead and have an appointment booked with Alana!

Danielle was one of the main reasons for my successful recovery after my first birth. I knew I wanted to get established with a pelvic floor PT post birth at the recommendation of close friends of mine, and I can confidently say I made THE BEST choice by choosing Danielle at PhysioFit. I’ve had PT experiences in the past where it felt very hands off and as if I was never making progress on recovering from injury or pain I was having. Danielle takes the time to work 1:1 with you for the entirety of your appointment. At every appointment we would debrief from the last, identify the primary, secondary, and even tertiary concerns (if needed), then go to work! Danielle explained everything she was doing clearly concisely. When we worked on different exercises, she would take me through step-by-step, and would make sure I had similar tools to work with at home so I could continue my care on my own time as well. What really impressed me was at my first appointment, Danielle asked if it would be helpful to videotape me moving through some of the stretches she was showing me, with her providing the cues. I took her up on this and it proved to be helpful for weeks after that until I had done the homework enough to be able to flow through it by memory. I will say, the internal work I had done was not the most comfortable experience of my life, but it made a world of difference in my pelvic floor recovery and I am extremely grateful for it. Danielle went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so grateful for her knowledge, time, and patience while working with me. The other staff I interacted with briefly at each appointment were friendly and welcoming as well (shout out to Victoria!) and I didn’t want to complete this review without mentioning that. The prices were very fair too, considering PhysioFit does not run through insurance. They also offer group classes, one of which I wish I was able to get to (but just couldn’t squeeze into my schedule) which was the yoga with baby class. My family is relocating back closer to our family in New York, and it makes me sad that I will not be able to go back to Danielle as we plan to have a second child in the near future. Whoever I end up seeing in New York DEFINITLEY has big shoes to fill That said, if you are looking for a PT, look no further for individualized, quality care.
I was receiving PT from someone eles that was not proficient. So, I searched for another PT provider. Thank God for BTPT. Danielle J. PT DPT is a *miracle* therapist.Her instructions / treatment reduced my pain level from 10 to 6 to 2. I feel better physically , but also mentally due to her encouragement. Everybody from entry to exit are professional. Definitely recommend !!
We had such a great experience at kid sense! My son attended physical therapy almost weekly for 6 months. We worked with and loved Rachel Curran! She was so friendly, flexible and easy to work with. She always knew the best way to help and interact with my toddler while also keeping him engaged in the exercises. I would highly recommend Rachel as a physical therapist! She is amazing!
Following hip surgery on 8/20/20 and waiting two weeks I started PT with this facility using Gus as my primary PT and Justin for an appointment when Gus was not available. Started with twice a week sessions for one month and am wrapping up a month of once per week sessions. These two professionals are excellent with both being personable and attentive to your needs and conditions and adjusting based on your progress. Have never needed PT before. Gus picked up on some issues with my left knee and worked that issue as well as working my hip needs after surgery. My experience with this facility has been all positive! Highly recommended based on my experience!
Our son has been seeing Dr. Ashley for physical therapy, and she’s been wonderful to work with. She’s patient, attentive, and always makes him feel comfortable and supported during each session. Even though progress takes time, we feel confident knowing he’s in great hands. The front desk staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes every visit such a positive experience.
Stretch Lab has been such a wonderful find for me. I can hardly believe how great I feel. Nick listens to my concerns and works to make things better. He has turly made a huge difference for me.
